East Prussia and the Baltics: A talk by historian Max Egremont
The London Library’s German Group is delighted to invite all Library members to an illustrated talk by historian and long-standing Library member Max Egremont. The author of a number of books of history, fiction and biography, Max will be talking about the regions of East Prussia and the Baltic states, the subjects of two of his more recent works, Forgotten Land and The Glass Wall. He will be speaking in the New Room on the Library’s ground floor, accompanying his talk with photographs and other illustrations of these two lesser known but historically fascinating parts of Europe. The talk will be in English.
NB This is an event organised by The London Library German Group but is open to all Library members and will take place in the New Room.
